A graduate from Mount Holyoke College, Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts in History & French. After graduating from Mount Holyoke, she earned certificates in both Fundraising and Development, and Marketing for Nonprofit Organizations from the Institute on Philanthropy at the University of Richmond.
Before joining our team, Kaitlin gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at a marketing and design firm in Colorado, an Executive Assistant for a home-based business in Virginia, and an Administrative Assistant at a large format printer in Charlotte. Her favorite aspect of being part of our team is interacting with and getting to know our clients individually. She loves talking with and listening to others’ perspectives, hearing their stories, learning more about their goals, and is in charge of most of our correspondence for scheduling calls and appointments with Robin and Rich. She also focuses on enhancing our brand name and recognition throughout social media outlets.
In addition to being part of our team, Kaitlin volunteers at two local non-profits in Charlotte: Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center’s “Friday Night Street Ministry” team and Elevation Ballantyne’s “Host Team.” She loves meeting with and getting to know those around her, whether they live in Charlotte’s surrounding areas, or are simply visiting for the day.
If you see Kaitlin walking around Charlotte, you’ll probably see her taking photos of the surroundings - either with her iPhone or Canon camera. She enjoys honing her skills in photography and capturing Kodak moments on film.
