Al is a Senior Partner at SPG and a National Trainer for Leap® Systems, LLC, with 40 years of experience in financial services. Since the beginning of his career, the focus of Al's work with clients has been on protection planning. In 1994, Al began using the Leap System and model with his clients and fellow Advisors to teach them how to build wealth, enjoy their wealth and preserve and pass on their wealth. In addition to his work with clients, Al’s industry experience includes serving as an agent, agency trainer, sales manager, general agent and national trainer and speaker for Leap Systems.
Al and his wife, Elizabeth have been married for almost 40 years. Their family includes two married children and four grandchildren – all currently living nearby in Charlotte, NC. When “Coach” - as he’s known by his favorite four - is not enjoying his grandchildren, he enjoys travel with his wife and playing golf.
